THE LAND OF THE UNKNOWN, western Madagascar is one of the most popular geographical areas for travelers visiting the world's 4th largest island. On this trip to Madagascar's far west, you'll be surprised by the diversity of the landscapes and ethnic groups you encounter. From the start of your stay on Route Nationale 7, you'll quickly switch to the west to reach the shores of the Mozambique Channel. Then, the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, a World Heritage site, awaits you for an exceptional naturalist walk and, above all, to observe this very special geological formation. The baobab alley will also be present, as will the Vezo fishing village of Belo sur mer. This is followed by several days of descent due south, punctuated by a number of interesting stops along this 160 km-long coral reef, where the scenery is so exceptional that it becomes a dream come true.
