It's now possible to meet crocodiles on the banks, and also admire the big bats on the Bekinakina cliff. The baobabs are beginning to appear from one side of the river to the other. In the evening, we set up camp on the riverbank for our second night in tents.

Morning departure to continue the descent after breakfast, it's still possible to encounter the rare freshwater turtle. The habit of the river lifestyle is already beginning to take hold of our spirits, but before parting with the piroguers, in the middle of noon we'll finish the journey on the river, and lunch will be taken before the transfer to the zebu cart.
